Now Open

2027-2028 Grants and New Mini-Grants

Episcopal Charities of Southeast Florida is pleased to announce that applications are now open for two grant opportunities supporting outreach ministries across our diocese.

Matthew 25 calls us to see and serve Christ in the hungry, the unhoused, and the vulnerable, and we are grateful for the chance to partner with congregations across Southeast Florida in that calling.

2027-2028 Grants

Our standard grants generally range from $5,000 to $15,000 per year, awarded for two years and distributed quarterly. Eligible programs address the basic human needs of seniors, children, women, food insecurity, homelessness, hygiene, immigration, health promotion, or mental health, and must be sponsored by a congregation within the Diocese of Southeast Florida.

New This Year:
Mini-Grants

We are excited to introduce a new Mini-Grant option for smaller or emerging programs.
Mini-Grants range — from $1,000 to $2,000, distributed in a single lump sum in January 2027.
This is a wonderful opportunity for programs that are just getting started or that have a more modest scope, but still make a meaningful difference in the lives of those they serve.
