General Guidelines For Application
- If This Is Your First Application
All new applicants are recommended to attend one of our grant writing workshops. - If You’d Like Help With The Application
Episcopal Charities’ staff will be pleased to review a draft of your proposal several weeks before the deadline. This review will help you revise the proposal, if needed, and submit a complete proposal. However, this staff review does not guarantee that your proposal will be funded. - Core Values
Successful applications will address root causes as well as symptoms of problems, initiate collaborative efforts of two or more congregations and/or community organizations, and describe the efforts the applicant will make to leverage additional funds received. This grant should be the only resource to address this problem in the immediate area. - Please Hand-Deliver Or Mail Completed Applications To:

- Every line on the application form is filled in either with information or “Not Applicable.”
- The proposal follows the outline, in order, with no omissions.
- You get the complete application in on time. Late applications will not be accepted — no exceptions.
